When it comes to supplements, quality matters. Many manufacturers are either ignorant, or they just don't have the resources to maintain proper quality control. Low quality supplements could do you more harm than good.

That's why I only recommend professional-grade products that are 3d party tested. These manufacturers encourage independent 3d party certification. Get peace of mind knowing that what's inside the bottle matches what's on the label.

Episode Summary

In this inspiring interview, Katrina Foe shares her journey of naturally overcoming breast cancer while pregnant with her sixth child. At age 37 while nursing her infant son, she discovered a golf ball sized lump in her breast. After getting diagnosed with cancer, she felt scared and overwhelmed. She didn't receive the support she expected and had to piece together her own path to healing.

Katrina first tried an alternative cancer clinic but was kicked out for asking too many questions. She couldn't get clear answers about their restrictive protocols. This experience taught her the importance of asking questions and understanding the reasoning behind any treatment.

She then found a functional medicine practitioner who did specialized testing. This revealed multiple issues including hormonal imbalances, vitamin D deficiency, toxicity, high stress levels and more. Katrina learned health problems often stem from a "perfect storm" of imbalances in the body's terrain. Testing provides tangible proof of what's going on inside your body.

Around this time, Katrina felt God calling her to get pregnant despite having cancer. This was confirmed through a spiritual experience at a retreat. Though counterintuitive, her pregnancy cured the cancer. The lump disappeared before birth. Katrina believes the wisdom of God's design, not her own efforts, healed the cancer.

Later, weaning her baby and trying a ketogenic diet helped resolve her lifelong bipolar disorder. Though her cancer journey was difficult, it provided solutions she had prayed for.

Katrina emphasizes healing requires considering the whole person - body, mind and spirit. Stress and unresolved emotional issues are often factors in chronic disease. She advises having a support team of various practitioners and healers.

Main takeaways Katrina wants people to remember:

- Ask questions to understand treatments
- Test don't guess; use functional lab testing
- Seek root causes, not just symptom relief
- Support body terrain; don't just attack disease
- Have a collaborative team of practitioners
- Address spiritual and emotional components
- Trust the body's innate wisdom to heal itself

Katrina offers a free guide called "Roadmap to Prevent Cancer Recurrence" at http://cancerfreedom.com/roadmap-opt-in. For anyone dealing with illness, her story provides inspiration to take control of your health naturally.
